Founded by a team of passionate engineers and sustainability advocates, our mission is to bridge the skills gap in the renewable energy sector through hands-on, industry-relevant training.
We focus on practical, competence-based learning in solar PV design, installation, plant operation, and performance analytics — empowering young graduates, women, and professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in the clean energy transition.
Through partnerships with institutions, nonprofits, and clean energy companies, GreenVolts Academy offers:
Instructor-led training in PVsyst, Excel for solar analytics, and solar plant design
Internship and project support for engineering students
Women-in-Energy training initiatives
